Our team has extensive experience, in particular in structuring tax neutral reorganizations (transformations, mergers, spin-offs, demergers, group internal transfers und replacement procurements), domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions and redomiciliations as well as capital market transactions and Private Equity.

We advise entrepreneurs, executives and wealthy individuals on all one-time and ongoing tax matters (income and wealth tax, withholding tax, property tax, inheritance and gift tax). In particular, we assist you with personal tax planning, inheritance planning and corporate succession, compensations models and share plans as well as tax compliance.

Companies and individuals are increasingly challenged with international tax issues. We support you in connection with all one-off and ongoing cross-border tax matters and tax planning. For cross-border matters, we offer a coordinated and integrated assessment and develop solutions together with our international network of foreign tax counsels. We advise, in particular on cross-border tax planning and reorganizations, international company relocations and change of residence, transfer pricing, exchange of information as well as administrative and legal assistance procedures (incl. MAPs, APAs, etc.) and tax compliance (minimizing / reclaiming withholding tax and tax credits)

We assist and represent you before authorities and courts in tax procedures and tax audits.

We advise our clients on VAT matters and customs (general VAT advice and planning, in particular in connection with reorganization and transaction, VAT-registration and VAT-declarations, support in VAT audits).
