Thanks to the lean struc­tures of our law firm, you can also gain insight into the day-to-day oper­a­tions of a law firm and to con­trib­ute if interested.

Train­ing and Development

The train­ing and devel­op­ment of our juni­or asso­ci­ates is essen­tial for the pre­par­a­tion to the bar exam and the fur­ther career. Weekly know-how meet­ings are sup­ple­men­ted with intern­al and extern­al train­ing and devel­op­ment events. In addi­tion, we con­duct reg­u­lar events aimed at pre­par­ing you for the bar exam as part of our train­ing pro­gram. Each juni­or asso­ci­ate will be sup­por­ted both pro­fes­sion­ally and per­son­ally by a ment­or (asso­ci­ate).
