Advestra advises TALLY WEiJL in connection with a capital increase and the realignment of its corporate governance

TALLY WEiJL Hold­ing AG increased its share cap­it­al in an ordin­ary cap­it­al increase to address the impact of the second COV­ID-19 lock­down. The shares were fully sub­scribed by exist­ing share­hold­ers. In addi­tion, the Tally Weijl Group has re-aligned and mod­ern­ized its cor­por­ate gov­ernance structure.
