Advestra advises bob Finance with respect to the Cooperation between PostFinance and bob Finance for the Launch of the PostFinance personal loan

Bob Fin­ance, a branch office of Val­ora Sch­weiz Ltd, entered into a cooper­a­tion with Post­Fin­ance for the launch of the Post­Fin­ance per­son­al loan. This fin­an­cing solu­tion allows Post­Fin­ance to expand its product range and offer a broad cus­tom­er base access to a per­son­al loan.

Advestra acted as leg­al advisor to bob Fin­ance and Val­ora with respect to all ques­tions of Swiss law, includ­ing reg­u­lat­ory, con­trac­tu­al and cor­por­ate law mat­ters. The team included Sandro Fehl­mann and Fabi­an Loretan (both Cor­por­ate | M&A and Fin­an­cial Ser­vices) as well as Thomas Reutter.
