Advestra advises One Equity Partners on the acquisition of a major stake in Cicor Technologies

Advestra advised One Equity Part­ners on the acquis­i­tion of a 29% stake in Cicor Tech­no­lo­gies Ltd. to become Cicor’s largest share­hold­er. Cicor is a lead­ing pro­vider of prin­ted cir­cuit boards, hybrid cir­cuits, prin­ted elec­tron­ics and elec­tron­ic man­u­fac­tur­ing ser­vices and is lis­ted on the SIX Swiss Exchange.

Advestra acted as Swiss coun­sel to One Equity Part­ners. The Advestra team included Thomas Reut­ter, Daniel Raun, Annina Ham­mer and Anna Capaul (all Cor­por­ate | M&A) as well as Markus Müh­le­mann (Tax).
