Debt-equity swaps: will all convertible loan and bond investors in Switzerland soon be required to publicly disclose their identity?
Switzerland's revised corporate law will include a new provision on debt-equity swaps, which requires that the identity of the investor converting debt and the amount converted are disclosed.
