Advestra advised Zurich Insur­ance Group Ltd. on its stra­tegic invest­ment in broker​busi​ness​.ch Ltd. The insur­tech start-up broker​busi​ness​.ch oper­ates a digit­al insur­tech plat­form with an innov­at­ive con­sult­ing, tender and com­par­is­on soft­ware for brokers.

Advestra acted as leg­al coun­sel to Zurich. The team included Daniel Raun and Anna Capaul (both Cor­por­ate | M&A).
