Advestra advises Viseca on comprehensive refinancing

Viseca has secured a com­pre­hens­ive refin­an­cing pack­age in a total amount of CHF 900 million.

Advestra acted a leg­al advisor to Viseca. The team included Alex­an­der von Jein­sen and Fabi­an Loretan (both Fin­ance), Rashid Bahar (Fin­an­cial Ser­vices) and Markus Müh­le­mann (Tax). The Viseca team con­sisted of Michael Walth­er (CFO) and Michael Hatz (Gen­er­al Counsel).
