Advestra advises Falcon Private AG on the sale of its shares in Falcon Private Wealth Limited to ONE swiss bank AG

After the suc­cess­ful sale of its private bank­ing busi­ness in Feb­ru­ary 2021, Fal­con Private AG has sold all its shares in Fal­con Private Wealth Lim­ited, Dubai, to ONE swiss bank AG.

Advestra AG acted as leg­al coun­sel to Fal­con Private. The team con­sisted of Rashid Bahar and Fabi­an Loretan (both Cor­por­ate | M&A and Fin­an­cial Services).
