Advestra advises LEA Partners on acquisition of Base-Net Informatik

LEA Part­ners, a Ger­man tech­no­logy investor, extends its fin­an­cial ser­vices soft­ware plat­form with the acquis­i­tion of a major­ity stake in Base-Net Inform­atik AG, the Swiss mar­ket lead­er for cred­it and mort­gage man­age­ment software.

Advestra acted as Swiss leg­al coun­sel to LEA Part­ners. The team con­sisted of Beda Kaufmann, Anna Capaul and Alex­an­der von Jein­sen (all Cor­por­ate | M&A) and Laurent Ried­weg (Tax).
