Advestra advises CBRE Investment Management on acquisition of real estate company

CBRE Invest­ment Man­age­ment (CBRE), a lead­ing glob­al real assets invest­ment and man­age­ment firm, has acquired a Swiss real estate com­pany with a port­fo­lio of real estate assets in the newly developed Mit­t­en­mang dis­trict in Ber­lin city cen­ter from Lake­ward group, a real estate private equity invest­ment firm based in Switzerland.

Advestra advised CBRE on all aspects of Swiss law. The team con­sisted of Anna Capaul, Daniel Raun, Roland Truffer, Fabi­an Loretan and Mar­lon Ber­to­lini and was fur­ther sup­por­ted by Thomas Reut­ter (all Cor­por­ate | M&A).
