Advestra advises Zurich on its strategic investment in CARIFY

Zurich Insur­ance Com­pany AG (“Zurich”) inves­ted in CARI­FY. The Swiss start-up CARI­FY oper­ates Switzer­land’s largest car sub­scrip­tion plat­form. Under the stra­tegic cooper­a­tion Zurich will act as exclus­ive insur­ance part­ner of CARIFY.

Advestra acted as leg­al coun­sel to Zurich. The team con­sisted of Daniel Raun and Anna Capaul (both Cor­por­ate | M&A).
