Advestra advises Körber on the acquisition of Siemens Logistics' mail and parcel business

The inter­na­tion­al tech­no­logy group Körber has pur­chased Siemens Logist­ics’ glob­al mail and par­cel busi­ness. With the acquis­i­tion from a lead­ing pro­vider in Europe with a strong mar­ket pres­ence in North Amer­ica and China, Körber sig­ni­fic­antly com­ple­ments its sup­ply chain offering.

Advestra acted as Swiss leg­al coun­sel to Körber in the trans­ac­tion. The team com­prised Daniel Raun, Anna Capaul and Mar­lon Ber­to­lini (all Cor­por­ate | M&A).
