Advestra advises on the IPO of EPIC Suisse

EPIC Suisse AG, a Swiss real estate com­pany, suc­cess­fully lis­ted its shares on SIX Swiss Exchange on 25 May 2022 in con­nec­tion with its ini­tial pub­lic offer­ing. With the pro­ceeds of the ini­tial pub­lic offer­ing, EPIC Suisse will fin­ance its devel­op­ment pro­jects and poten­tial future acquis­i­tions after the redemp­tion of bank facil­it­ies and share­hold­er loans. Cred­it Suisse and Zürch­er Kan­ton­al­bank acted as Joint Glob­al Coordin­at­ors and Swiss Fin­ance & Prop­erty as Co-Lead Manager.

Advestra acted as leg­al coun­sel to Cred­it Suisse, Zürch­er Kan­ton­al­bank and Swiss Fin­ance & Prop­erty. The team included Annette Weber, Thomas Reut­ter, Fabi­an Loretan and Mar­lon Ber­to­lini (all Cap­it­al Mar­kets) and Céline Mar­tin (Tax).
