Advestra advises Joincare Pharmaceutical Group Industry Co., Ltd. on its GDR offering and listing on SIX Swiss Exchange

Join­care Phar­ma­ceut­ic­al Group Industry Co., Ltd. suc­cess­fully offered and lis­ted its glob­al depos­it­ary receipts (GDRs) on SIX Swiss Exchange. The GDRs were issued based on newly issued A shares of Join­care Phar­ma­ceut­ic­al Group Industry, which are lis­ted on the Shang­hai Stock Exchange. The GDRs were admit­ted to trad­ing and lis­ted on the SIX Swiss Exchange on 26 Septem­ber 2022. CLSA acted as Sole Glob­al Coordin­at­or and China Galaxy Inter­na­tion­al and TFI Secur­it­ies as Joint Book­run­ners in this transaction.
