Advestra advises UBS Switzerland AG, Credit Suisse (Switzerland) Ltd. and Basler Kantonalbank on the EUR 200 million financing provided to Gasverbund Mittelland AG

Advestra advised UBS Switzer­land AG as arranger, agent, front­ing bank and lender, Cred­it Suisse (Switzer­land) Ltd. as arranger and lender and Basler Kan­ton­al­bank as lender on the EUR 200,000,000 cred­it facil­ity provided to Gas­ver­bund Mit­tel­land AG, the lead­ing pro­cure­ment and grid com­pany of nat­ur­al and bio­gas to the Plat­eau and North­west­ern regions in Switzer­land. The facil­ity is focused on secur­ing the pro­vi­sion of gas dur­ing the upcom­ing heat­ing season.

Advestra acted as leg­al coun­sel to the bank­ing syn­dic­ate in the trans­ac­tion. The team included Alex­an­der von Jein­sen and Annina Ham­mer (both Fin­an­cing) as well as Céline Mar­tin (Tax).
