Advestra advises on pre-IPO private placement by ABB E-mobility

ABB E‑mobility, a glob­al lead­er in elec­tric vehicle char­ging solu­tions, has signed a pre-IPO private place­ment for approx­im­ately CHF 200 mil­lion. The pro­ceeds shall be used to imple­ment ABB E‑mobility’s growth strategy. The trans­ac­tion is expec­ted to close in the fourth quarter of 2022. ABB E‑mobility was advised by Mor­gan Stan­ley & Co. Inter­na­tion­al plc and UBS AG.
