Advestra advises UBS Switzerland as mandated lead arranger, agent, fronting bank and lender on the CHF 300 million financing provided to Gaznat

Advestra advised UBS Switzer­land as man­dated lead arranger, agent, front­ing bank and ori­gin­al lender as well as the oth­er mem­bers of the bank­ing syn­dic­ate on the CHF 300,000,000 cred­it facil­ity provided to Gazn­at, the lead­ing pro­cure­ment com­pany of nat­ur­al and bio­gas to the West­ern regions of Switzerland.

Advestra acted as Swiss leg­al coun­sel to UBS Switzer­land and the bank­ing syn­dic­ate in the trans­ac­tion. The team included Alex­an­der von Jein­sen and Alex­an­der Fisch (both Fin­an­cing) as well as Céline Mar­tin (Tax).
