Advestra advises Lonza on the Placement of bonds

Lonza suc­cess­fully placed CHF 300 mil­lion 2.1% guar­an­teed seni­or bonds due 2029. The bonds were issued by Lonza Swiss Fin­anz AG and guar­an­teed by Lonza Group AG. Cred­it Suisse, UBS and Zürch­er Kan­ton­al­bank acted as Joint Lead Managers.

Advestra acted as leg­al coun­sel to Lonza. The team included Annette Weber, Thomas Reut­ter and Valérie Bayard (all Cap­it­al Mar­kets) as well as Céline Mar­tin (Tax).
