Advestra advises on the placement of shares of Bachem Holding

Bachem Hold­ing suc­cess­fully placed newly issued shares rais­ing gross pro­ceeds of approx­im­ately CHF 108 mil­lion by way of an accel­er­ated book­build­ing. UBS was act­ing as Sole Glob­al Coordin­at­or in the offering.
