Advestra advises on the combination of GEM Consulting with Horn & Company

GEM Con­sult­ing, a Swiss strategy con­sult­ing firm with a focus on fin­an­cial insti­tu­tions, has entered into an agree­ment regard­ing the com­bin­a­tion with Ger­man con­sult­ing firm Horn & Com­pany, a port­fo­lio com­pany of Water­land Private Equity.

Advestra acts as leg­al coun­sel to the founders of GEM Con­sult­ing. The team includes Daniel Raun, Beda Kaufmann and Anna Capaul (all Cor­por­ate | M&A).
