Advestra advises Viseca on the placement of bonds

Viseca suc­cess­fully placed CHF 250 mil­lion 2.25% seni­or bonds due 2026. The bonds were issued by Viseca Pay­ment Ser­vices AG. Zürch­er Kan­ton­al­bank and UBS acted as Joint Lead Managers.

Advestra acted as leg­al coun­sel to Viseca. The team included Annette Weber and Samuel Fäh (both Cap­it­al Markets).
