Advestra advises UBS on EUR 300 million rights offering by Swiss Steel

Swiss Steel Hold­ing AG suc­cess­fully com­pleted a cap­it­al increase rais­ing gross pro­ceeds of approx­im­ately EUR 300 mil­lion. The trans­ac­tion con­sisted in an offer­ing of sub­scrip­tion rights and a place­ment of shares for which rights were not exer­cised. The rights offer­ing was part of a set of meas­ures aimed at strength­en­ing the Group’s fin­an­cial pos­i­tion. UBS AG acted as Sole Glob­al Coordinator .

Advestra acted as leg­al coun­sel to UBS. The team included Alex­an­der von Jein­sen, Valérie Bayard, Thomas Reut­ter, Fabi­an Wild and Mil­an Schéda (all Cap­it­al Mar­kets), Céline Mar­tin and Olivia Ruth (Tax).
