Advestra advises Viseca on comprehensive refinancing

Viseca has secured a com­pre­hens­ive refin­an­cing pack­age in a total amount of CHF 800 million.

Advestra acted a leg­al advisor to Viseca. The team included Alex­an­der von Jein­sen and Mil­an Schéda (both Fin­an­cing). The Viseca team con­sisted of Michael Walth­er (CFO), Michael Hatz (Gen­er­al Coun­sel) and Tamara Wälti (Head Cor­por­ate Fin­ance & Treasury).
