Advestra advises Liberta Partners on the acquisition of DeinDeal   

Liberta Part­ners, a Munich-based multi-fam­ily hold­ing, has acquired the lead­ing Swiss e‑commerce com­pany Dein­Deal AG from Ring­i­er. Ring­i­er held a major­ity stake in Dein­Deal since 2015.

Advestra acted as leg­al coun­sel to Liberta Part­ners in this trans­ac­tion. The team included Alex­an­der von Jein­sen, Beda Kaufmann, Fabi­an Loretan, Gök­tuğ Gür­büz, Mar­tina Giac­ometti, Angelika Kre­mer, Mil­an Schéda, Anna Capaul, Fabi­an Wild and Sandro Fehl­mann (all Cor­po­ra­te | M&A) and Céline Mar­tin (Tax).
