Advestra advises the sellers on the sale of IntiQuan AG to ProductLife Group

Pro­duct­Life Group (PLG), a glob­al pro­vider of reg­u­lat­ory, sci­entif­ic, com­pli­ance, and digit­al trans­form­a­tion con­sult­ing ser­vices for the life sci­ences industry, has acquired Inti­Quan AG. Inti­Quan AG is a con­sult­ing com­pany provid­ing ser­vices and solu­tions for impact­ful mod­el-informed drug development.

Advestra acted as leg­al coun­sel to the sellers in this trans­ac­tion. The team included Andreas Hin­sen, Anna Capaul and Angelika Kre­mer (all Cor­por­ate | M&A) as well as Laurent Ried­weg and Jan Selt­mann (both Tax).
