Advestra advises LOGEX on the acquisition of INMED

LOGEX, a European mar­ket lead­er in the field of health­care data intel­li­gence, has acquired INMED, a lead­ing com­pany in Ger­many and Switzer­land spe­cial­iz­ing in the optim­iz­a­tion of clin­ic­al management.

Advestra acted as Swiss leg­al coun­sel to LOGEX Health­care Ana­lyt­ics in this trans­ac­tion. The team included Alex­an­der von Jein­sen, Anna Capaul, Beau Vis­s­er, Andreas Hin­sen and Mil­an Schéda (all Cor­por­ate | M&A) as well as Céline Mar­tin and Jan Selt­mann (Tax).
