Advestra advises MIGx Management and Shareholders on a Partnership with GREENPEAK Partners

GREEN­PEAK Part­ners, a lead­ing mid-mar­ket focused buy and build spe­cial­ist in the DACH region, has entered into a part­ner­ship with MIGx AG, a Life Sci­ences tech­no­logy part­ner dom­i­ciled in Switzer­land, through ATH­AGORAS Group, a tech­no­logy-enabled plat­form for Life Sci­ences. The trans­ac­tion strengthens MIGx’ and ATH­AGORAS Group’s cap­ab­il­it­ies in deliv­er­ing advanced, tech-enabled ser­vices into the Phar­ma­ceut­ic­al and Biotech indus­tries. These ser­vices will drive innov­a­tion and value through a deep under­stand­ing of Life Sci­ences and the applic­a­tion of cut­ting-edge tech­no­lo­gies. MIGx is a Life Sci­ences focused tech­no­logy con­sult­ing and engin­eer­ing com­pany that lever­ages deep expert­ise across research and devel­op­ment domains to deliv­er tailored data, AI, secur­ity and cloud ser­vices to Life Sci­ences clients.
