Advestra advises Viseca on the placement of bonds

Viseca suc­cess­fully placed CHF 150 mil­lion 1.350% seni­or bonds due 2029. The bonds were issued by Viseca Pay­ment Ser­vices AG. Raif­feis­en Sch­weiz Gen­os­senschaft, UBS and Zürch­er Kan­ton­al­bank acted as Joint Lead Managers.

Advestra acted as leg­al coun­sel to Viseca. The team included Annette Weber and Mil­an Schéda (both Cap­it­al Markets).
