Advestra advises Liberta Partners on the acquisition of a majority stake in Avenir

Liberta Part­ners, a Munich-based multi-fam­ily hold­ing, has acquired a major­ity stake in Avenir Group AG, a lead­ing pro­vider of HR out­sourcing ser­vices and digit­al solu­tions headquartered in Switzerland.

Advestra acted as leg­al coun­sel to Liberta Part­ners in this trans­ac­tion. The team included Alex­an­der von Jein­sen, Beda Kauf­mann, Gök­tuğ Gür­büz, Annina Ham­mer, Anna Capaul, Fabi­an Wild, Lina Eis­en­hut and Mar­tina Giac­ometti (all Cor­po­ra­te | M&A) and Laurent Ried­weg, Jan Selt­mann and Philip Frey (Tax).
