Advestra advises the founders of Supercar Owners Circle on its acquisition by duPont REGISTRY Group LLC

On 4 Feb­ru­ary 2025, duPont REGISTRY Group LLC, a Miami-based glob­al lux­ury life­style brand and high-end auto­mobile digit­al mar­ket­place, announced its acquis­i­tion of Super­car Own­ers Circle (SOC) and part­ner­ship with SOC’s founders. SOC is a glob­al mem­ber net­work for the world’s most dis­cern­ing car col­lect­ors, renowned for its cur­ated events and unpar­alleled access to the most pres­ti­gi­ous auto­mot­ive brands.

Advestra acted as leg­al coun­sel to SOC’s founders. The team included Daniel Raun and Beau Vis­s­er (both Cor­por­ate | M&A) as well as Laurent Ried­weg and Jan Selt­mann (both Tax).
