Advestra advises Xylem Inc. on the acquisition of Heusser Water Solutions AG

Xylem Inc. (NYSE: XYL), a glob­al water tech­no­logy pro­vider, acquired Heusser Water Solu­tions AG. Heusser Water Solu­tions AG is a lead­ing Swiss water man­age­ment com­pany with 76 years of exper­i­ence. The acquis­i­tion of Heusser, its long-stand­ing dis­trib­ut­or in Switzer­land, is a sig­ni­fic­ant step in advan­cing Xylem’s stra­tegic pri­or­ity to expand in key growth mar­kets to deliv­er innov­at­ive sus­tain­able water solutions.
